1939 Dead Girl visits her parents

Found at an estate this photo shows a little girl behind her mother...The photo itself was taken in 1939. I have never seen a ghost photo of this quality. I'm going to put it on Ebay starting Dec 10th, 2008. Double exposure or ghost? YOU be the judge.
