The picture you captured is of a demon called "Destruction" This demon creates chaos in ones life and leads them down a destructive path. It causes ones behavior to be irrational. Do you see this behavior in your brother? We are sure that you do. There is only one being here besides your brother....The demon. He has his arm around your brother, as if claiming his property. in a word..no. this is just down the the settings of your camera, many night modes on digi cams can create this effect, I often do it on purpose to get cool looking pictures
