Apartment Ghost

Looks like a womens face and possibly more just can't make it all out. Picture was taken in my neighbors apartment last year when I lived in Phoenix. My dog was acting really weird, was staring at the ceiling for a long time... I took one picture with my digital camera, half the LCD screen went black and the batteries were drained instantly.
