ok so the reason there doesn't seem to be a left arm is because it's moving too fast for the camera to catch. this is why the army has a fading away effect towards the elbow where the arm would be moving slower. the boy in the photo has something that is reflecting light in his hand and that's the only reason it's showing and not his arm and hand
