Boiler room ghost

I had to go into the boiler room in a cellar at work to take photos of the boiler which has been broken for a few weeks. I felt that something was down there with me so chatted to 'it' as I took the pictures, I actually asked it to be in a picture and said 'come on do't be shy'... I checked the pictures on my pc a bit later. A couple of pictures had orbs in them but the blue light on this one coming from the left side of the boiler really amazed me.
