Boots in the Boulder at Devil's Den

Astonishing photo of what appears to be a pair of officer's leather Civil War boots(cavalry?)inside this huge boulder at Devil's Den. The boots and buckles can be clearly seen, if you zoom in for a closer look.

Obviously, there's someone filling these boots but he's hidden within the huge rock. There's no room for a "human" to stand up inside, so it has to be a spirit.
