Call Center Ghost

This photo was taken during break time. I was not there personally but my co-supervisor told me what exactly happened. These agents were taking pictures at around 6:00 am in the morning. They were extremely loud and probably the ghost got irritated by these two. Notice that there is two orbs in the picture. My co-supervisor was sitting on the left side of the room (not seen on the photo). At first he thought it was just a mop but when he zoomed the photo he saw a girl in between. He was totally pale and freaked out staring at it. The female agent who took this photo was screaming with fear and was running away from that part of the room. Some panicked and some did not believe it, some claimed that it was all a joke just to frighten everyone in the center. But for us tenured employees in the center were completely shocked at what we saw. It was no joke for us because we have felt the ghost's presence since we started in the center. The Operation Manager and I confronted the female agent who took the picture and she said that it was all true and no one was really there. We were all alarmed due to the fact that agents will resign with fear, afraid to take calls after that incident. If they were just making it up they will be reprimanded if this will reach the Big Boss. I made an investigation on the photo and made some research on the orbs. I looked at one site and read that the orb is the energy being transferred from a source (i.e. powerlines, heat energy, batteries, people, etc) to the spirit so they can manifest. So that means the energy came from those two agents and that manifested the ghost to show up in the photo. We then had a management meeting and an agreement to claim this photo as a hoax. We would have to deny and to tell all our agents that it was all a setup. Also I tried to zoom the orb and saw faces of a devil and a female and up until now I am still disturbed by these picture.
