I see what could possibly be the head of a man on the left side of the girl and also the head of a young boy in the upper right corner...

this is caused by a double flash, most digi cams have a night mode or party mode, they flash once to illuminate the person or people, then flash again to illuminate the background, if there is movement in between the two flashes, enev small movement you get what is essentially a double exposure, this double exposure is what has created the profile you mentioned and the light is caused by this double flash, I always get types of shots when out in clubs, i do it deliberatly to get a cool pic
