Could it really be him?!

My daughter was taking random pictures (with her digital cam.) in our back yard the other night and comes running inside wanting to know what all this stuff was in her picture.
She was curious about the lights, but that was not what caught my eye as much as the side profile of a man above her head. I told her not to worry about it and continue what she was doing...She took many more pictures after this particular photo and no others had this apperance (blurry, streeks, lights. etc).

After looking at and inspecting the picture on my computer the next day I have come to the conclusion that this is the ghost/spirt of my deceased husband and father of my children who has been gone for 8 years. I could not believe what I was seeing...It was him no doubt! The biggest give away is the military hair cut...A "high and tight" that he wore even after his stint in the Marine Corp. You can see the profile pretty clear, yet when you zoom in you can see details such as eye, ear, nose and the fact that the head is see through.

I can not explain the lights. I first thought that they were from the house behind us, yet after further inspection they do not have any lights on this side of their home...I am not sure what the lights are.
