Crazy Orbs

This is a photo of a friend of mine on Facebook, I came across it one day when she made it her profile picture and was confused on either dust, water spots, dirty lense.. or ever ORBS!! I did not take the picture, it was taken January 10th, and I'm positive it was taken in her kitchen.
