HONEY NOT ONLY WAS IT YOUR DADDY, AN ANGEL BROUGHT HIM TO YOU AND CREATED THE LIGHT SHOW FROM YOUR HEART TO YOUR DAD'S. SO ALSO IN THE ROOM WAS A HEALING ANGEL GLOWING BRIGHT. YOUR DAD SAYS HE IS HEALED AND NOT SICK ANYMORE. HE POPS IN TO CHEER YOU ALOT/I WISH YOU LOVE AND BLESSINGS

I do believe it is your father and it looks like he was interfering with the camera when the photo was taken. I had a spirits of a young man in a place that I use to work and I have many photos of ghost on this website - The Youngman in the Creepy Basement and I had taken a photo of a friend of mine and it was all blurry like yours and all the other ones were fine. He was coming in between me and my friend while I was taking her photo and I do believe that it is your father in the photo coming between you and the camera taking the picture.
He is still with you.......
