Daylight Orb

I was going through my photos & saw this. The propane company just set the tank that day, I think maybe he stirred some Ghost or something. I took the Photo of the tank. I was wondering if you had any ideas.

(It's unusual to capture an orb or energy during the day and it also appears to be moving. You may have caught something paranormal here! ~Siobhan)
