She is just smoking or holding some kind of light in her hand or mouth! It's a ridiculous trick.

Hey
Hate to break your bubble but if you blow
up this pic you can see that what happened
is that the girlfriends shadow and reflection
bounced off the camera phone lens and off
the mirror..blow it up and then super impose
it over the girlfriend..and the outline of
what you see to the left of the girlfriend
fits over top of her exactly
Mirrors are tricky because they tend to always
drag the person into the pic and to the common
eye it looks distored and its just the composition of the mirror that makes it look
creepy or take on other appearances
