Face near newborn's head - brother who passed?

June 2009 Newborn photo. If you look next to the baby's head there is a very obvious face with mouth formed etc. This was taken at the hospital in the Newborn Ward.

Prior to this birth there had been another child who passed, who knows. Maybe this is brother watching over the new baby.

Cool though.
