because you did not use flash the camera has to comensate by leaving the shutter open for longer to let in more light, however this means that it takes longer to take the picture. Unless you have it mounted on a tripod the slightest of movement will result in streaks like this.

I don't think it's just you, I see an old man with look to be wearing somewhat of an tall hat on his head, but i also see that his top is made like the suit they wear i the 1700 or 1800s. when they are in battle, he seen to have a long facial hair.
