Fire spirits

I took this photo the night after they burned my grandma and late grandpa's house down. It was taken at night approximately 11:30ish there was no one around its looking into the basement where I was trying to take pictures of glowing embers. I had NO flash on. It may just be me but it looks like a person with a hat on. Please let me know if you may think its just me. I have other pictures from that night and there is nothing like this in any other. Also those streaks are the glowing embers, but where the image is there was nothing there.
