No, my lens was not dirty and as I mentioned the previous pictures had only a couple of orbs in them or none at all as well as the pictures I took after this one, so how does this account for dust on this one picture ALONE? It was not raining, as I mentioned as well. These are not dust particles, etc.

The circles is from the camera lens being dirty, been drop or it was raining, But as I look at it I can see a image in the tree next to the top and two to the left of the light, The light maybe a Helicopter, That been good picture if the lens was not dirty.
