Ghost in the Window

My daughter, Danielle took this picture on 10-5-08. Its the house across the street from us. We live in Radcliff, KY. Most of the houses on our street are old. My house was built in 1938, so I'm guessing that the one across the street is pretty old too. My daughter is 10. She was standing in our front yard and took the picture. If you zoom in you will see a woman, maybe with a dress on? You can make out the face and an arm for sure. Look at the neck area and you will see a pointed collar. Her head is at the top of the bottom window pain. You have to close in on the window in order to see it. Is this a ghost and should I show this to the people that live there? I don't know them too well.

(Great picture Cheree and quite spooky. I'm not sure about showing it to them at this stage. I would suggest calling over to them to say hello and just bring up, casually, that you're interested in the history of the houses, and do they know anything about them? The conversation might lead somewhere interesting then! ~Siobhan)
