yes it's a ghost, u didn't move the camera. the image by the tool box is the lide.

if you look at the tool box thing in the lower left you can see the shape of it stretched out a little bite you might have just move the camera a little when you took the picture

I wouldn't worry about the "energy" here. The reason it showed on the negatives was because there is water damage on it. Which makes it show up on the negative and anything else it brings the picture up with..
