Ghost picture 10-31-09

We were having a Halloween party at my house and this was the only photo that was like this so I was wondering what you could make out what it was? I have some photos where there seems to be these spots of lights but not in every picture. I will upload these as well and like I said I have lots of pics in the same spots without these lights in the background - same wall, same couch, same spot. Just wanna see someone's opinion.
