Ghostly Presence

Is this a ghost orb or what? This was a picture taken of my daughter visiting with my grandfather. Notice what looks like an orb. My grandmother passed away 2001 in the house. Being there I got the feeling someone else was also present. Could this really be a ghost orb? How can you tell?
