Giant orbs in London

My Daughter took this photo of me on a recent vacation to London. This was near Westminster Abbey. I prbably wouldn't have thought anything of it but right before she took this shot she commented on how she got chills and felt creepy. I noticed that one of the orbs is behind the statue and wall in the garden. Very Spooky
