Glowing Ghostly Energy

I'm selling this house and took quite a few pictures with orbs in them. My husband spotted this large glowing orb over the kitchen window in one picture. There's nothing there - I've got a picture also taken a minute later, same position, no glowing orb! The house is vacant - or so I thought!
