Looks to me that the picture is being taken from outside, and that this is simply a reflection of a tree branch or bush with leaves reflecting on the glass. it appears that you can also see a reflection of the camara lens as well.

It was a old farmhouse near lake erie. Looking it up I found newpaper that a women was killed in a car accident infront of the house thats all I found so far. If you can blow it up you will see 3 people in the green man womwn and little boy. Thanks for taking a look
