Yes, there is a face looking out of the window and a not-too-friendly-one. I've been there and took many photos, but nothing out of the ordinary. You need to lighten it up and resubmit it, as most viewers are turned off if they can't immediately see something. I used Paint.NET to lighten your photo which is free to download and use from their website.
