Incredible glowing white orb!

I was taking pictures of my dog Ellie with my Kodak EasyShare M953 camera, which is 8.2 mega pixels.
I noticed this clear, glowing white orb after uploading the picture to my laptop. My house is around 60 years old, it's also a church converted into a home. The original owner died from cancer when he still lived here, and I think it may be him. I'm positive there's no computer program to produce this type of image. Looking forward to hearing from you.
