Is it Cupid with a bow, or a mere Pixie?

Hi, Moonslipper.

Don't know what to make of this photo captured by the outdoor motion-cam. When I zoomed in to the "yellow" area, I noticed this little pixie/cupid-like character holding what appears to be a bow. Wonder what it's aiming for?
