Laundry Room Ghost

This was taken at my boyfriend's house. (I had to reduce the size of the picture. Everything is clearer in its original size)
In the right hand corner, you see a dark figure which looks like a man looking out the laundry room. The light was left on and this picture was taken because in other pictures, orbs began appearing.

Once before, looking straight into the laundry room while the lights were off, I've seen a dark, snake like figure slip out of there (the door was closed and it came out of the side where the door does not open) His house always feels scary in that area.
