There isnt a 1700 section of the IOOF cemetary. The entire town dates from the 1840s.
The earliest grave recorded in the cemetary is from 1839.

I'm sorry, but when I enlarged this pic, all I could see was flash reflecting off of trees and head stones. I even tried to turn into a negative, with the same results. The only possible sign of spirit activity are two possible small Orbs. One to the left and one to the right of the pic.
