That's General Robert E. Lee - not sure who the ghost is though. Pretty strange. If that is an original photo - it belongs in a museum and is worth a load of cash.

This is so spooky! I've seen a few of these old photos that people sort through and occasionally find really strange images. They feel more authentic because there weren't any computers back then.
