My ghost?

My friend took this at the beach and saw that it was two of me? I dont know what this is?

(Would it be a double exposure if not using a digital camera perhaps? I'm definitely not a photographic whizz at all, maybe some of Moonslipper's visitors can offer an explanation? Thanks for sending it in. ~Siobhan)
