Zoom in on the orb and you will be able to see the face. My boxer, who lived to be almost 13 died two years ago and i still get orbs to this day. His face is in every one of them.

Chris..like Sioban I'm sorry for your lose. I too have lost loved ones and some fine dogs.
The picture of the puppy is cute but I'm afraid the orb you see is just dust reflected from the flash of a digital camera, nothing more.
