My mom and my dog?

In 2008 my mother passed away. Four days later my beloved german shepherd collapsed, and subsequently died 29 days later. Needless to say - I was beyond grief stricken... Two weeks later, I got another puppy to love. This is her on her first day home. Is this my mom or my beloved dog who had died coming to welcome her?

(Chris I'm so sorry for your two losses - what an awful time that must have been. Is this your mom or your beloved Shepherd in the photo? Absolutely! I truly believe our loved ones (animal and human) stay around us and come to visit and they love to be around for family occasions. Bringing home a new puppy is one of those occasions. Your new puppy is just beautiful and I hope she has settled in well! We're a German Shepherd family ourselves...Thanks for sending in the picture. ~Siobhan)
