Old Salem Ghost

My 9 year old daughter snapped this pic with a camera phone while on a field trip in Old Salem (Winston-Salem, NC). When she looked at the displayed picture after she took it, she noticed something that was DEFINITELY not there when she snapped the pic. Unfortunately, due to poor picture quality, I can't zoom in enough to get a complete idea as to what's there.....what do you think?
