Orb and face in mirror

First of all I guarantee there is no photoshop in this picture and I am not tricking you!
You can clearly see an orb in this picture and I don't know if that face in the mirror is actually some kind of apparition but it caught my attention. You can also see a figure behing the mirror but I believe it was my mother walking...yet I'm not sure!
This happened not long after my grandfather died and I believe he wanted to see me wearing this uniform and he didn't get the chance to before he passed!
I would really like to know what this is in my picture! Help! :S
