Picture of dead husband in basement

It's a cool picture from the 1930s that a Dr. Molto took in her basement and she says it was her husband who died from a heart attack a few years before.

He actually died in the basement and it's kind of a sad picture, he looks like he's a bit lost and looking for something.

Is it a real ghost picture? Who knows but it's very creepy.
