St. Augustine Shy Ghost Boy

I was on vacation in St. Augustine, Florida in July of 2007 and simply driving around on a rented motorcycle. I had heard of the strange occurrences around the city and the paranormal activity that it held. This intrigued me to do a bit of ghost photography. Or at least try.

I snapped this photo on my Fuji digital camera. Yet there was no one in the screened porch at the time.

The picture shows a period dressed child in knickers and a black and white shirt and pants. I was chilled to the core when I saw how clearly it jumped at me. It seemed he was shy and peered around the corner of the porch edge at me. I did not see the actual apparition until I arrived back at the condo that evening while going through the images. This one startled not only me, but the rest of the family that viewed it. Clearly eerie.
