Strange Energy in Power Outage

During a power outage I decided to take some pics. I thought the house looked pretty in candlelight. I took multiple photos and this one turned up. I took many more, trying to recreate it, but nothing like this turned up again. I used a digital camera on night setting. Are these true orbs? Or just a lovely picture of dust?
