There looks to be a baby in the fireplace as well. Look close and you can see it.

Yes, there is a young child's face inside the fireplace atop the metal container (I'm guessing the metal thing holds the logs), in addition to the orb outside of the fireplace. It's very obvious and I'm surprised only one other person commented on it.
