looks like the real thing to me. the surface doesnt look very reflective to me. i have to say this is a real ghost photo. one of the best i have ever seen to be honest.

To that last comment.then why aren't there other people in the other window panes? and how come there arent any of other clear reflections as well? the windows look to be tinted so there could be no reflection to me
