Unusual energies caught on camera

We took this at a friends house with our digital camera and just wondering if this is orbs or dust.

(Thanks Adele. My feeling is that they are orbs not dust. Dust tends to have clusters of orbs, whereas the ones in this picture are distinct from each other by size, location and brightness. Nice photo! ~Siobhan)
