White Ghost Lady riding a wolf?

This pic was taken in 2007 at Pennington Flash in Leigh by my mother at twilight.She has lightened the pic to try and see what the ghostly image is, the pic has not been tampered with in anyway and is still on her sd card as taken. What do you think?

(Really spooky image Paul, thanks for sending it in! If there's no logical explanation, it does look paranormal and I can see a lady on a wolf! ~Siobhan)
